Vibrant Credit Union has undertaken a dramatic transformation of its business model in the last few years, jettisoning consumer lending to focus on consumer checking and savings, moving to a primarily online delivery model, and introducing its chain of Vibrant Coffeehouse + Kitchen locations to serve as its presence in the communities where it operates. I helped reconceptualize the consumer-facing portion of its website in early 2024 to help members understand the new Vibrant.
