To reinforce the importance of a self-driven career search to MBA students, we created a hallway-sized mural that takes MBAs through the entire career development process. The Million-Minute Workout summarizes how new MBAs will spend the next million minutes of their lives--discovering what they want to do, networking and interviewing, and performing on the job. It is a part of the larger Team Kelley campaign we created for the Kelley School's Graduate Career Services office.
