As part of Vibrant’s internal marketing and communications team, I concept and create communications ranging from the mundane to the million-dollar-generating. When I joined, the organization’s primary business unit was a credit union. In 2022, they launched a retail venture, Vibrant Coffeehouse and Kitchen. 
° Wrote the entirety of vibrantcreditunion.org in about six weeks, learning Drupal 9 along the way
° Developed voice and tone standards for the credit union and implemented them in all our email, web, print, and social media communications
° Developed brand voice and tone for Vibrant Coffeehouse and Kitchen launch
° Coordinated customer review solicitations, managed mass email campaigns and ongoing member communications, developed press releases and managed distribution to local and regional media

I work with both agency teams and as an independent consultant to develop branding, digital and print advertising, web content strategy, and content for a wide variety of clients, including Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, Indiana University Foundation, Big 10 convenience stores, and Indiana Hospital Association. 
° Created branding, information architecture, and content for IHAconnect.org and built 80+ pages as Indiana Hospital Association transitioned to Microsoft Sharepoint CMS 
° Developed “Here for Good” tagline for Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa and helped develop a public relations strategy around the relocation of its headquarters from Waterloo to Cedar Falls

° Created a comprehensive branding campaign for IU Kelley School of Business’s Graduate Career Services, including a website, training materials, and signage that helped boost the MBA program’s internship placement rate to 100 percent 
° Developed diversity and inclusion materials for IU Kelley School of Business’s MBA program that helped increase the number of minority students by 3 percent, international students by 3 percent, and women by 2 percent
° Helped create a brand for a newly consolidated IU school, the School of Informatics and Computing, by developing the content strategy and content for its new website, which won a Webby Award in 2011
